Step 1: Distribute your stats when you create your character
In case you don't already know, now your stats are redistributed when you become a Maplestory magician. Because of this, it is best to distribute your stats accordingly in order to leave the beginner area quickly:
When you level up add 1 point to DEX and the rest to STR until you reach level 8 and become a magician. This will ensure quick leveling until then.
After you become a magician, your stat points will be reset so you have only 4 STR and 4 DEX, which is ideal for all Maplestory magicians.
Step 2: Distribute your stats after becoming a Maplestory magician
When you become a magician, you will definitely want to make it so your LUK is 3 more points than your level. So, for example, if you're at level 10, your LUK should be 13. That way you will be able to wear the best equipment for your level. Some magicians have no points put into LUK. These are called LUKless magicians, but they are usually played by more experienced players.
Step 3: Train for the best
You will definitely want to train hard as a magician. Most magicians become frustrated early on because they feel they aren't doing enough damage, but this is normal in the first few levels. As your character grows, he will be able to do much, much more damage. It is well known that Maplestory magicians can have the coolest and some of the most powerful attacks, harming multiple enemies at once at either short or long range. Make sure you continue to train and use the highest level equipment that you can.

When starting a new character, or just starting anew in Maplestory, many people have a hard time deciding which character is "the best." Truth is, this is a very subjective decision. What might be "the best" for one person might feel awkward or "the worst" to another. A person's opinion may very well change as they get more familiar with the game or as new content is released. This article was written in order to help others in choosing what class might best suit them. This article will look mainly at the Maplestory Legends, more specifically the Aran and Evan classes. This brings me on to another problem that people new to the game soon come across. Not everything stays at the same price all the time. Supply and demand play a big part of how much something costs. For example, yew logs are normally in demand all the time, whereas sapphires can be sold for lots of GP (gold pieces - the currency of Runescape) on one day and then nothing the next. If lots of people start to sell something at the same time, the price will go down. If there is hardly anyone selling something, the price shoots up. Learning how to judge this is important.
Making money on Runescape takes time and effort, but the rewards are certainly worth it. Anyone with lots of GP will hold power, power can get you almost anything you want. It's easy to see why there are lots of people playing the game purely to make money (you can also make money in the real world given enough time.)

The Fishing Guild for runescape
Another important place to catch fish and to access many fishing related features of Runescape, you can unlock the Fishing Guild. You need 68 fishing to enter the Fishing Guild, 65 if you use a Fishing Potion, and 63 if you eat an Admiral Pie. Here you are able to catch many fish and bank them at the bank right inside the Fishing Guild. It is a very effective place to train the Runescape skill of Fishing. It is located west of Camelot and Seers.

Two Important Runescape Fishing Items
Two important items you will want to know about to train Fishing are the Swordfish gloves and Shark gloves. These two pairs of gloves are used to gain extra experience when using them to catch the corresponding fish. For every Swordfish or Shark caught, you will receive an extra 100 XP. However, both of the gloves crumble after 1000 of the corresponding fish are caught. These are obtained from Reggie at the Fist of Guthix mini-game for 200 Fist of Guthix tokens.
Fishing Shops
Some important places you should know about are the Fishing Shops and the Fishing Guild. There is a Fishing Shop located in Catherby, Lumbridge, Port Sarim, and Shilo Village, which is accessible after you complete the Shilo Village quest. Runescape Fletching Guide

And all you just need is an axe (for cutting trees) and a Knife for your basic equipment.
2. Skills Needed To Do More In This Skill

Runescape Monkey Greegree
The Runescape Monkey Greegree is a staff that players can make. It is used mainly during the Monkey Madness quest. When you wield one of these magic staffs on Ape Atoll, you will turn into a monkey and thus be safe from the monsters on Ape Atoll. To make one of these magical staffs you need to gather some monkey bones and a Monkey Talisman, and take them to Zooknock. Remember, if you are using the Monkey Greegree for the Monkey Madness quest, your bones need to be from Karamja. Otherwise you can use the bones of the monkeys that live on Ape Atoll.
The Monkey Greegree is used in the third chapter of the Monkey Madness quest. I will go ahead and tell you what to do in this part of the quest.
You will not need food, potions, or teleportation runes for this chapter, but you might want an Ardougne teleport to make it easier on you.
Go to Ape atoll and wield the Monkey Greegree Staff. Go northwest and pass through the gate. Go as far east as you can and talk to Garkor. Then talk to an Elder Gaurd somewhere outside the king's palace, he will tell you to go to Kruk. Now go as far west as you can go, then south when you reach the shore. Walk up the cliff, up the ladder, along the bridge and down the ladder on the other side. Talk to Kruk, he will take you to King Awowogei. Talk to him; ask for an alliance and he will tell you to rescue a monkey from the Ardougne Zoo. So head on over to Ardougne, to the zoo, wield the Greegree. Speak to the Monkey Minder and he will place you in the cage. Speak to a monkey and take it into your inventory. Now un-equip the Greegree and talk to the Monkey Minder. He will let you out and WALK or RUN to the Grand Tree, do not teleport anywhere, because it will make the monkey leave the inventory. Then of course talk to the King and finish the alliance. Now wield the Greegree, and head on over to Ape Atoll again. Speak to the guard, ask for an alliance with the King, Talk to the king, and ask for an alliance, he will consider it. Exit his chamber.

Equip the ring so it doesn't take up
Once you have a decent number of tokens (at least 1000) go talk to the wizard that trades them in for rewards. If you scroll down past the outfits and stuff, you'll see a tablets section (as seen in the attached screenshot). These tablets teleport you directly to the related runecrafting altar with virtually no walking required! Buy whatever tablets will either make you the most money per essence or get you the most experience, whichever your priority is. For example, medium level runecrafters can make 2x cosmic runes, making it much more of a money maker than nature runes
Once you've bought a lot of tablets, head to any bank and get some essences, pouches if you have them, the tiara for that altar, and a duel ring. Equip the ring so it doesn't take up one space. You can dump the runes and get more essences there than teleport back to the duel arena and repeat the process over and over.
Once you finally do get to 50, you can do the biggest shortcut ever. Go to the runecrafting guild which you can access via a purple portal on one of the upper floors of the wizard tower near Draynor. If there aren't many people there, you'll have to switch to the official Great Orb Project server. Once there's a enough people, you can join a game. Hopefully your team will win but either way, you'll get some tokens at the end. If you're lucky enough to have some of the other team members quit or disconnect or if they just plain suck, you'll end up with A LOT of tokens.

Runecrafting is my personal favourite way to make a ton of gold in runescape. It's not the most fun thing to do, but I find it the most effective. Once you can get to a decent level you can easily make over 100,000 gold per hour. But I'll save the money making talk for the money making guides.
As a free member, your money making abilities are fairly limited. You can still make very decent cash with runecrafting, but not quite as much as if you were a member.
As a free member you can only craft up to body runes. If I was only a free member, then I would only bother to craft air runes, they fetch a decent amount and they are the most commonly used in attack spells.
Runecrafting is great for newbies and veterans alike, because of the money making potential and because you don't need and skills to get started. Just a pick axe at first and some patience.

Have you ever wanted to know about runescape bots, but all you found were people trying to scam you? Would you like to know why that is?
It's because 99% of all so-called runescape bots are completely fake, yes fake!
Yes that's right, believe it or not, anyone trying to sell you an "autominer" or bot is just scamming you and you'll lose you money, guaranteed. Sorry but it's the truth!
What they really are, are viruses that infect your computer and record everything that you type in, then once it's recorded something, it sends the data the creator of the virus. So now you've lost your runescape account and probably a lot of credit card information as well.
Other ways which people try to gain access to your account, is when people say, that in order for it to work, they need to log into your account and set it up. In this case, there are no runescape bots, just someone claiming to have one when he really doesn't and wants access to your account.
Think about it, why would someone give away runescape bots for free? And don't believe them when they say "I used to be one of Jagex staff, and now I hate them so I'm releasing this for free". That's just a big lie.
So what do you do if someone offers you a runescape bot? You report them and ignore them. Don't get sucked in, you've got so much to lose and so little to gain.

As a Warrior in MapleStory, you will have a choice of many different ways to spec your character.
How you do it is completely up to you, and how you like to play and train your MapleStory Warrior character.
Below we discuss the three best builds for your Warrior as you are training your warrior character. You can use them as a training guide and it is up to you to decide which one is the best for you.

A Few Ways to Make Money on RuneScape
First, if you're not a member, you could start by cutting down trees and selling the logs at the grand exchange in Varrock and sell it for either the fixed price or set your price higher or slower. It is recommended that you first have some decent experience in woodcutting because normal logs won't sell for much money.
If you do have some decent experience in woodcutting, you can cut down oaks or other trees that require higher levels and they would sell for more. If you don't have that much time to be leveling up your tree cutting to sell good logs then I would recommend doing the "rune mysteries" quest and then, after you complete it, you should mine a lot of the rune essence and then when or if your inventory is full, you can then sell your entire inventory of the rune essence for about 28 gold pieces each or you can sell it for a higher price.
Another good way is to go to Al Kharid and bring your best armors and weapons and start kill the guards non-stop and get the herbs and earth talismans they drop and then deposit them in your bank account and then when you think you've had enough, withdraw them as notes and then go to the Grand Exchange in Varrock again and sell them there. Herbs are about 1k each and the earth talismans about 512 gold pieces. To do this though, it is highly recommended that your at least level 40 or higher in your combat level. Another, but very dull way of making money is by selling bones, although you do get about 100 gold pieces for them. I hope that I helped you on making money on RuneScape.

If you're a free runescape member, you can mine coal in the dwarven mines, however there isn't a bank nearby, so you wont be very efficient.
Now, mine coal until you're level 60
Since you're level 60 you can go to to mining guild to mine coal until you're level 85
And now that you're mining level 85, you should go and mine rune in the wilderness or from the heroes guild (Much safer). Rune seller for between 10,000-15,000 per piece, so I think you'll agree that it's certainly worth the effort to do it.
When following the steps above, I strongly suggest that you keep all of the ore you get and smith it into something useful. Otherwise, feel free to sell it and see some immediate return for your efforts

Mining is very important, as ore pretty much fuels the game. If there was no mining, then there would be a much less diverse variety of weapons and armour available, making the game pretty dull.
That's why it's important to get your mining skill up.
From level 1-20 you should mine copper from the south varrock mine
From level 20-40 you should mine iron from the mine near rimmington or varrock
When you reach level 40, it should be much easier to mine coal. You can mine coal at level 30, but it will take much longer, besides, if you level up with the other ores, you can either make money by selling them or you can keep them and maybe use them later (I recommend this method, it's more profitable).
I also recommed that you buy and adamantite (Or adamantine I always forget how you spell that) or rune pick axe.
That's why it's important to get your mining skill up.

The 3rd Job Advancement
When you finally get to level 70, you'll be ready for the next job advancement. This is when you become even more powerful than you were before, gaining new skills and more strength as a reward for leveling up so high. At this point you will become either a Hermit or a Chief Bandit. Hermits are ranged attackers while Chief Bandits are very fast melee characters. Both have their advantages and disadvantages.
To actually obtain the 3rd job, go to El Nath and talk to Arec at the Chief Residence. When you're done with him, make the trip to Victoria Island and talk to the Dark Lord once again in Kerning City. After talking to him, go to Monkey Swamp II, where you'll find the Door of Dimension. Go inside and fight the Dark Lord's evil side, obtaining the Black Charm for defeating him.
Go talk to the Dark Lord again and give him the Black Charm, and he'll give you a Necklace of Strength in return. Give this to Arec and then go to Sharp Cliff II and enter the door in the top-right corner of the map. There should be a big rock in this area. Next, you need to talk to it using a Dark Crystal, and it'll then ask you five questions. After answering them, you'll be given a Necklace of Wisdom. Go all the way back to Arec and give your newly obtained necklace to him. You'll get the 3rd job advancement after talking to him for a bit.

To cut the whole story short, an experiment with this quest was done to see how much money one could earn in 2 hours. The end results are a grand total of $532,000 mesos! This is really quite good, considering that only spent 2 hours of work at level 15 was spent to earn this amount of mesos! This will definitely help to free up money problems for a while!

Runescape Popular RPG Online Game
The objective of this game is to travel around the "Maple World." Defeating monsters and making friends along the way. In MapleStory, you and your friends are able to band together and take on tough bosses (such as Zakum, Horned Tail, and it's newest addition, a boss that has still never been defeated, Pink Bean.) MapleStory is a great way to pass time, and talk to different people everyday!
Users can form Guilds, to help and aid each other. This heavily promotes teamwork and also helps them advance. They may also combine Guilds together and form an "Alliance." They may chat amongst the other guild members in said Alliance.
Players can participate in events held by the "Game Masters" (GMs) when they are held. The events can be from Jump Quests (where players must use timed jumps to get over obstetrical), to races.
The Cash Shop is a section of the game where players can use real money to earn points to spend in-game. Each dollar is worth one thousand (1000) points (or Nexon Cash.) They can then buy new clothes and accessories, Skill Point resets, 2x EXP cards and a ticket to MapleStory's own lottery, Gachapon. There generally two ways to earn Nexon Cash. One, is by using your PayPal account to transfer your amount to Nexon. The second is by purchasing prepaid cards at certain stores, and charging them to your account. So far, the cards will give you either 10,000 and 25,000 Nexon cash depending on what card you buy.

Has there ever been a worse kept secret? As early as 2007, observant RuneScape fans have been avidly watching Google Maps for the construction progress of our latest adventure: Wet ‘n’ Wildy, the RuneScape theme park!
That’s right, at the end of 2010, we will formally be opening our doors and portculli, allowing you all to come and meet your favourite personalities, experience the thrills of living in RuneScape, and even sample its varieties of cheese.
We still have a few details to confirm, so this is where you come in: we want you to vote in the poll, on the front page of RuneScape.com, and offer your thoughts on prices, rides and plush toys.

Make Runescape Millions Using the Chicken Feather Strategy
If you are reading this Runescape article, I would assume you might have only 100K gp, or even 25 gp, and want to make Runescape millions fast!
With that, this Runescape article, titled: "Runescape Guide to Millions - Make Runescape Millions Using The Chicken Feather Strategy!" will give you an idea on how to do just that.

When you first came out of Tutorial Island, you are low levels, no money and totally lost in the Runescape world, right?
So, the first thing you want to do is to focus on making at least one million in Runescape! Don't even think of your levels, experience points and skills.
The first Runescape millions strategy I would use is to kill chicken for gp.
It's really easy, as chicken will not hurt you at all. You can stay at the chicken coop and start killing them all day. Chicken feathers are stackable, so you can put a lot of them in your inventory.
Kill as many chicken as possible, and get at least 1,000 to 2,000 feathers.
Once you get 1,000 feathers, go to the Runescape Grand Exchange and sell your chicken feathers.
At the point of this writing, feathers are selling at 14gp on the Runescape Grand Exchange. So, please remember to check the price before selling them for maximum profits.

Head to Port Sarim docks, and then go south, and buy the ship from him for 2,000 gp. Go inside, and go down, and repair the hole on the ship with you 3 planks, 90 steel nails and hammer. Then now talk to Ned, in his house in Draynor Village. Talk to him and then he will meet you on the Lady Lumbridge. Now. Get your full rune with chainbody, amulet of power and the anti-dragon shield, with falador teleport runes, and the rest will be swordfish. Now talk to Ned, and you will see a cutscene. From here, you will be on Crandor. Go around and on the top, past the lesser demons. Here you will see a dungeon. Climb over the wall and kill elvarg. If you can, put on protect from magic. When you kill him, pick up his head and then go back to Oziach, and you completed the quest!

Then once you login after you created your account you will have to “shape” your character by choosing his/her look. Once your done you will see yourself in a cellar with a squire and a knight named Sir Vant which is quite funny if you read it. You will learn how to move around before you could to talk to them. Once you do you will be able to move to him and talk to him. He will tell you that he is battling a Dragon and then his squire will get hit and will die poor squire. After that a goblin will go down to the cellar you're in and will try to steal some stuff from Sir Vant's bag . Sir Vant will then ask you to help him by first killing that goblin that is trying to steal from his bag. Once you kill the goblin He will ask you to help defeat dragon by luring it to its doom! scary!. He will ask you to get drugged meat in his bag and he wants you to put it in a bowl were there are wooden pillars nearby. He will also tell you that you will have to pass the other way while he distracts the Dragon. Once you get the drugged meat you will have to pick up a plank and use it on the low wall to make a ramp for you to walk on. Once you make the ramp and you've gone to the other side you may now find the food bowl with the wooden pillars nearby. Once you've found it use not eat the drugged meat on the food bowl then return to Sir Vant. He will then throw an explosive near the Dragon and hide. The Dragon will then find the meat and eat it then fall asleep. After that Sir Vant will ask you to get the materials needed to kill the Dragon in his bag then go to the area where the Dragon is sleeping. Once there he will ask you to rip the cloth you got from his bag and use the oil can on the 2 cloths. Then just wrap each one on each pillar then attach the fuse on each one once he tells you to. Then he will ask for a tinderbox you will then use the tinderbox on Sir Vant and he will tell you to liht the other one once you do you will have to run away from the spot then BOOM!. The Dragon is dead. Then a somewhat old man will come out of the cupboard and that person is Roddeck the Advisor. From here you will have to choose to either chop your way out or mine your way out. Once you've done everything he says you may now Escape the ladder to Freedom! Sir Vant will then say goodbye and Roddeck will award you with one Level Up in either of the two skills you used. Although you will part ways with Roddeck you may still ask him for advice from the the question mark icon on the top right of the screen

Barbarian Assault, and across from the Baxtorian Waterfall. Jump down,
wearing a Dragon platelegs, and kill everything in the dungeon five
times, this means every type of monster and creature. Kill the Crazed
Barbarian until you get a Dragon battle axe. Once you put that on,
make the dragon platebody, while wearing a Dragon 2h Sword. The next
Godwars Boss you kill will either drop their hilt of their allegiance
or a Dragon crossbow. If it drops a hilt, you will have to do this
over again. There is about a 10% chance that you will get the Dragon
crossbow and 90% chance that you will get their hilt. Good luck, and

The fight started off with BlacKnights
The fight started off with BlacKnights standing in a turret in the northwest corner of the map. After we approached them, we rushed them and primed Pk Pena while they were focusing on Caparzif. After the rush, we quickly re-organised ourselves and started to quickly knockout KO the stragglers from BK's pile. After that, BK sent a decent number of snipers to keep us busy. The snipers were basically free KO's as we kept hitting them over and over again. After a while, they withdrew their snipers, so we started hitting their main pile.
Our snipers kept their pile busy for the most of our time, allowing our binders and rangers to fully inflict the damage they could, allowing us to speed up the KO process. BK's pile went from 40 people to a total of 28 at times, which made us believe we did a great job. RE's pile varied between 30 and 38, as we peaked 38 on voice communications.

As we continued hitting their main pile
As we continued hitting their main pile, we hit the occasional tank but most piles were a KO, causing us to be creating new piles and transitions almost all the time. Our big ranger unit, in combination with awesome binding, made sure that we kept the KO's going during the entire fight. BK fought back with all their might but the majority of the people they piled managed to tank it off. As time wore on, we realised that we were going to be victorious. And so, at the end, we were.
We'd like to thank BK for the clean and fun fight they gave us! We hope to do more of these in the future. We'd also like to give some kudos to BK for stepping out of their timezone by over two hours. We had to go out of our usual times a bit too, but that didn't prove to be too much of a problem. Good job to Runescape Elites members for your dedication!

The Blood Pact and Lumbridge Catacombs
Some adventurers never retire, but, as they get older, they learn the value of teamwork. Veteran adventurer Xenia has seen some Zamorakian cultists take a prisoner into the catacombs beneath Lumbridge Church, but she wants another adventurer to join her before she heads in after them. Xenia was there when the catacombs were built, so she knows something about the dark secrets that they contain. If the cultists have discovered those same secrets, then their prisoner will be only the first of many victims. It's up to you to stop them.
The Blood Pact is the first free-to-play quest we’ve released in many years, not counting the tutorial and seasonal events. It's meant as a suitable first adventure for a brand new character. Completing the quest will reward you with a set of weapons and access to the Lumbridge Catacombs – a dungeon that’s also designed for low-level characters, full of new monsters to fight, which drop the collectable parts of a new costume item.
