Get your full rune with chainbody, amulet of power and the anti-dragon shield, with falador teleport runes, and the rest will be swordfish. Now talk to Ned, and you will see a cutscene. From here, you will be on Crandor. Go around and on the top, past the lesser demons. Here you will see a dungeon. Climb over the wall and kill elvarg. If you can, put on protect from magic. When you kill him, pick up his head and then go back to Oziach, and you completed the quest!
