Here are a few things to keep in mind as you build your magician:
Put the majority of your AP into INT
Keep your STR and DEX to a minimum, just so you can equip items
Make sure your stats are correctly distributed at the beginning
Now, onto the easy Maplestory magician guide:
Step 1: Distribute your stats when you create your character
In case you don't already know, now your stats are redistributed when you become a Maplestory magician. Because of this, it is best to distribute your stats accordingly in order to leave the beginner area quickly:
When you level up add 1 point to DEX and the rest to STR until you reach level 8 and become a magician. This will ensure quick leveling until then.
After you become a magician, your stat points will be reset so you have only 4 STR and 4 DEX, which is ideal for all Maplestory magicians.
Step 2: Distribute your stats after becoming a Maplestory magician
When you become a magician, you will definitely want to make it so your LUK is 3 more points than your level. So, for example, if you're at level 10, your LUK should be 13. That way you will be able to wear the best equipment for your level. Some magicians have no points put into LUK. These are called LUKless magicians, but they are usually played by more experienced players.
Step 3: Train for the best
You will definitely want to train hard as a magician. Most magicians become frustrated early on because they feel they aren't doing enough damage, but this is normal in the first few levels. As your character grows, he will be able to do much, much more damage. It is well known that Maplestory magicians can have the coolest and some of the most powerful attacks, harming multiple enemies at once at either short or long range. Make sure you continue to train and use the highest level equipment that you can.

When starting a new character, or just starting anew in Maplestory, many people have a hard time deciding which character is "the best." Truth is, this is a very subjective decision. What might be "the best" for one person might feel awkward or "the worst" to another. A person's opinion may very well change as they get more familiar with the game or as new content is released. This article was written in order to help others in choosing what class might best suit them. This article will look mainly at the Maplestory Legends, more specifically the Aran and Evan classes. This brings me on to another problem
Next, you might be told that the best way to start making money is by killing chickens and collecting their feathers. It's a very good idea, but you need to collect a few hundred (about a thousand ideally) and sell them all in one go to make the most amount of money from them.
A much better idea is to go mining. As you mine you are gaining experience and pushing your levels up, as your levels progress so does the available ores. The one you can start mining straight away is copper and tin, if you smelt these together them produce bronze. I strongly advise doing both mining and smelting to start with. Not only will it take your experience and levels up, it's easy to sell and in demand most of the time.
This brings me on to another problem that people new to the game soon come across. Not everything stays at the same price all the time. Supply and demand play a big part of how much something costs. For example, yew logs are normally in demand all the time, whereas sapphires can be sold for lots of GP (gold pieces - the currency of Runescape) on one day and then nothing the next. If lots of people start to sell something at the same time, the price will go down. If there is hardly anyone selling something, the price shoots up. Learning how to judge this is important.
Making money on Runescape takes time and effort, but the rewards are certainly worth it. Anyone with lots of GP will hold power, power can get you almost anything you want. It's easy to see why there are lots of people playing the game purely to make money (you can also make money in the real world given enough time.)

Runescape Monkey Greegree
The Runescape Monkey Greegree is a staff that players can make. It is used mainly during the Monkey Madness quest. When you wield one of these magic staffs on Ape Atoll, you will turn into a monkey and thus be safe from the monsters on Ape Atoll. To make one of these magical staffs you need to gather some monkey bones and a Monkey Talisman, and take them to Zooknock. Remember, if you are using the Monkey Greegree for the Monkey Madness quest, your bones need to be from Karamja. Otherwise you can use the bones of the monkeys that live on Ape Atoll.
The Monkey Greegree is used in the third chapter of the Monkey Madness quest. I will go ahead and tell you what to do in this part of the quest.
You will not need food, potions, or teleportation runes for this chapter, but you might want an Ardougne teleport to make it easier on you.
Go to Ape atoll and wield the Monkey Greegree Staff. Go northwest and pass through the gate. Go as far east as you can and talk to Garkor. Then talk to an Elder Gaurd somewhere outside the king's palace, he will tell you to go to Kruk. Now go as far west as you can go, then south when you reach the shore. Walk up the cliff, up the ladder, along the bridge and down the ladder on the other side. Talk to Kruk, he will take you to King Awowogei. Talk to him; ask for an alliance and he will tell you to rescue a monkey from the Ardougne Zoo. So head on over to Ardougne, to the zoo, wield the Greegree. Speak to the Monkey Minder and he will place you in the cage. Speak to a monkey and take it into your inventory. Now un-equip the Greegree and talk to the Monkey Minder. He will let you out and WALK or RUN to the Grand Tree, do not teleport anywhere, because it will make the monkey leave the inventory. Then of course talk to the King and finish the alliance. Now wield the Greegree, and head on over to Ape Atoll again. Speak to the guard, ask for an alliance with the King, Talk to the king, and ask for an alliance, he will consider it. Exit his chamber.

Runecrafting is my personal favourite way to make a ton of gold in runescape. It's not the most fun thing to do, but I find it the most effective. Once you can get to a decent level you can easily make over 100,000 gold per hour. But I'll save the money making talk for the money making guides.
As a free member, your money making abilities are fairly limited. You can still make very decent cash with runecrafting, but not quite as much as if you were a member.
As a free member you can only craft up to body runes. If I was only a free member, then I would only bother to craft air runes, they fetch a decent amount and they are the most commonly used in attack spells.
Runecrafting is great for newbies and veterans alike, because of the money making potential and because you don't need and skills to get started. Just a pick axe at first and some patience.

As a Warrior in MapleStory, you will have a choice of many different ways to spec your character.
How you do it is completely up to you, and how you like to play and train your MapleStory Warrior character.
Below we discuss the three best builds for your Warrior as you are training your warrior character. You can use them as a training guide and it is up to you to decide which one is the best for you.
1. Standard Build: This build is a Standard build that is typically the most common among all warriors. It is a balanced build that will give you the most HP and defense while still keeping your attack power up.
2. Attack Build: The Attack build is similar to the Standard Build but has less defense of skills and goes to more of the offensive side of the skills. At higher levels you will concentrate your efforts on maxing out both Power Strike and Slash Blast. This will be the most efficient build to maximize your damage output as a warrior.
How you do it is completely up to you, and how you like to play and train your MapleStory Warrior character.

1. Standard Build: This build is a Standard build that is typically the most common among all warriors. It is a balanced build that will give you the most HP and defense while still keeping your attack power up.
2. Attack Build: The Attack build is similar to the Standard Build but has less defense of skills and goes to more of the offensive side of the skills. A Few Ways to Make Money on RuneScape
First, if you're not a member, you could start by cutting down trees and selling the logs at the grand exchange in Varrock and sell it for either the fixed price or set your price higher or slower. It is recommended that you first have some decent experience in woodcutting because normal logs won't sell for much money.
If you do have some decent experience in woodcutting, you can cut down oaks or other trees that require higher levels and they would sell for more. If you don't have that much time to be leveling up your tree cutting to sell good logs then I would recommend doing the "rune mysteries" quest and then, after you complete it, you should mine a lot of the rune essence and then when or if your inventory is full, you can then sell your entire inventory of the rune essence for about 28 gold pieces each or you can sell it for a higher price.
Another good way is to go to Al Kharid and bring your best armors and weapons and start kill the guards non-stop and get the herbs and earth talismans they drop and then deposit them in your bank account and then when you think you've had enough, withdraw them as notes and then go to the Grand Exchange in Varrock again and sell them there. Herbs are about 1k each and the earth talismans about 512 gold pieces. To do this though, it is highly recommended that your at least level 40 or higher in your combat level. A good place for paid runescape members to mine coal, is at the mine near ardougne, which also has a bank fairly close by, this will speed up your mining and make you more efficient.
If you're a free runescape member, you can mine coal in the dwarven mines, however there isn't a bank nearby, so you wont be very efficient.
Now, mine coal until you're level 60
Since you're level 60 you can go to to mining guild to mine coal until you're level 85
And now that you're mining level 85, you should go and mine rune in the wilderness or from the heroes guild (Much safer). Rune seller for between 10,000-15,000 per piece, so I think you'll agree that it's certainly worth the effort to do it.
When following the steps above, I strongly suggest that you keep all of the ore you get and smith it into something useful. Otherwise, feel free to sell it and see some immediate return for your efforts

The 3rd Job Advancement
When you finally get to level 70, you'll be ready for the next job advancement. This is when you become even more powerful than you were before, gaining new skills and more strength as a reward for leveling up so high. At this point you will become either a Hermit or a Chief Bandit. Hermits are ranged attackers while Chief Bandits are very fast melee characters. Both have their advantages and disadvantages.
To actually obtain the 3rd job, go to El Nath and talk to Arec at the Chief Residence. When you're done with him, make the trip to Victoria Island and talk to the Dark Lord once again in Kerning City. After talking to him, go to Monkey Swamp II, where you'll find the Door of Dimension. Go inside and fight the Dark Lord's evil side, obtaining the Black Charm for defeating him.
Go talk to the Dark Lord again and give him the Black Charm, and he'll give you a Necklace of Strength in return. Give this to Arec and then go to Sharp Cliff II and enter the door in the top-right corner of the map. There should be a big rock in this area. Next, you need to talk to it using a Dark Crystal, and it'll then ask you five questions. After answering them, you'll be given a Necklace of Wisdom. Go all the way back to Arec and give your newly obtained necklace to him. You'll get the 3rd job advancement after talking to him for a bit.
